Major Responsibilities:
📍Training and Implementation 📍Lead the design, testing, and rollout of new and updated SOPs across all sites. 📍Facilitate training sessions for new and existing team members, including during new site launches. 📍Continuously collect site-level feedback to improve training content and knowledge delivery. 📍Partner with the Director of Operations and Regional VPs to ensure team readiness and process consistency. 📍Execution and Process Improvement
