Job Summary
What you'll do
šTrading System Design: Responsible for the functional planning and design of brokerage trading platforms (such as centralized counters, express counters, L2 market data), including Order Management System (OMS), Execution Management System (EMS), and clearing logic. šFull-Chain Business Monitoring: Deeply involved in the entire trading lifecycle management, covering the business logic of order placement, matching, execution, risk control, settlement, and fund transfer. šCompliance and Risk Control: Responsible for the design of the trading risk control module to ensure that the product complies with regulatory requirements (such as abnormal transaction monitoring, anti-money laundering, position limit management, etc.). šMarket Data and Algorithms: Responsible for the access and display optimization of in-depth market data, or assisting in the development of algorithmic trading (such as VWAP/TWAP) related functions to improve trading efficiency. šCross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure the stability of high-concurrency, low-latency trading environments; liaise with brokerage IT or third-party software vendors (such as Hang Seng, Kingsoft, Vertex, etc.). šMarket Insight: Track changes in domestic and international exchange rules and industry trends, research competitors, and continuously optimize trading experience and system performance.
What you'll need
šEducation: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. šIndustry Background: 3-5 years or more of experience in securities firms, fund companies, or fintech companies, familiar with the trading rules of at least one type of financial product, such as securities, funds, futures, or derivatives. šCore Competencies: Familiar with over-the-counter systems (such as Hang Seng UFT/UF3.0, Kingsoft FS2.0, etc.) or have experience in developing self-developed trading systems. Proficient in the underlying logic of trading, with a basic understanding of low-latency, high-concurrency architectures. Logically rigorous, able to independently produce high-quality PRDs, business process diagrams, and prototypes. šBonus Points: Experience in designing margin trading, options, or Hong Kong and US stock trading products is preferred. Familiarity with FIX/FAST protocols, binary protocols, or experience in designing quantitative trading platforms is preferred. Holding CFA, FRM, or securities industry qualification certificates is preferred.
