Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
šMonitoring the market performance and risks associated with Wirex products.
šParticipating in the design of automated live risk metrics and hedging solutions and engaging in day-to-day trading activities on FX and crypto exchanges to mitigate market risks.
šManage relationships and integration with brokers.
šSupporting ongoing projects in the Trading Team as needed.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
šWe seek an individual eager to embrace learning and development within this position. šThe ideal candidate will demonstrate proactivity and strong organizational skills, actively contributing to the development of structured products, trading strategies, and comprehensive activity reports. A keen interest in crypto and FX markets is essential for success in this role. šProblem solver with a startup mindset, demonstrating innovation and a desire to optimise strategies and flows. šUniversity degree, preferably in financial engineering, mathematics, actuarial science, computer science, engineering, statistics/economics, or a related field. šPassionate with a genuine desire to work in markets, coupled with a strong work ethic and a thirst for learning. šExposure to at least one of these languages: C#, Java, Python, or R. šCreative thinking and problem-solving abilities. šStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
