Job Summary
What will you be doing in this role?
šCollaborate with stakeholders to create clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for sprint-based delivery. šContribute to the definition and implementation of metadata standards supporting content, records, and archival management. šDocument business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications. šAnalyze and model current and future-state business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. šPerform business model and risk analyses to support service enhancement decisions. šPrepare and maintain key project documentation including business cases, vision documents, project charters, and security plans. šParticipate in business and technical working groups, user meetings, and progress reviews. šSupport service testing, deployment, evaluation, and reporting activities throughout the lifecycle. šIdentify and evaluate system discrepancies, inefficiencies, or vulnerabilities affecting service quality.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team? šMaster Degree in IT or related field and at least 10 years of professional experience in IT. šExperience with large, enterprise-level multi-user IT solutions. Experience in Agile. šGood knowledge of agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.). šGood knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle.
