Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šAutomating and streamlining the internal system inside the Trade support unit and working closely with the IT department to ensure systems enhancements are implemented accordingly. šCreating, maintaining, and improving trade-support tools Nominating Power and Gas trades/flows šResponsible for developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior management by addressing and rectifying any concerns effectively. šUnderstanding and communicating scheduling rules šEnsuring accurate handling of positions, trades, and flows šCollaborating with multiple stakeholders: Traders, Operations, Risk, IT, Quant Researchers
Experience:
šA degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or other science disciplines. šStrong level of knowledge and practical experience using Python. šStrong knowledge of Gas & Power markets, but other commodity coverage is applicable (physical & financial) šPrevious Experience working within a physical commodity trading environment.
