Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing:
📍LTI Design & Administration 📍Participate in the design and manage global long-term incentive programs, including pool planning, vesting schedules, distribution, and communications. 📍Lead the end-to-end administration of Long-Term Incentive plans globally, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. 📍Maintain high standards of LTI data accuracy, reporting, and analytics. 📍LTI-related Global Compliance & Governance 📍Ensure global compliance with employment, tax, and securities regulations in jurisdictions such as the US, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and the EU. 📍Collaborate with legal, finance, and external counsel to navigate crypto-specific issues 📍Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management 📍Act as the LTI expert for LTI-related questions, interfacing with stakeholders at all levels including C level senior stakeholders. 📍Partner with Finance on 409a (or similar) equity valuations to execute comprehensive LTI plans. 📍Support investor relations and board reporting on equity/token incentive strategies. 📍Communications & Enablement 📍Develop bilingual (English & Mandarin) communication and training materials explaining tokenomics and incentive mechanics to employees and advisors. 📍Act as an internal consultant for Human Resources Business Partners and internal and external legal counsel on LTI strategy in emerging markets and new entity setups. 📍Partner with key stakeholders including HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of LTI cycles
What We Look For In You
📍10+ years of total rewards/equity design & administration experience, preferably in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech. 📍Deep knowledge of global equity compensation, including pool planning, burn rate modeling, vesting, cliffs, and liquidity events. 📍Excellent analytical skills; expert level in Excel and experience with RSU/Share/token cap table 📍Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is a must, both written and verbal. 📍Excellent stakeholder management skills 📍Strong global experience managing incentive programs across Asia, North America, and Europe. 📍Understanding of crypto regulatory frameworks (SEC, MAS, HKMA, etc.) and tax implications
