Key Responsibilities:

📍Training Delivery: Conduct instructor-led and virtual technical training sessions on key IT platforms and tools including ServiceNow, SailPoint, Okta, and IAM best practices. 📍Curriculum Design: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training materials, labs, and technical documentation tailored to beginner through advanced users. 📍Knowledge Transfer: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver effective enablement programs aligned with business and compliance requirements. 📍Evaluation: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and improvement plans. 📍Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with IT, InfoSec, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with ITGC, ITAC, and regulatory standards. 📍Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in IAM systems, ITSM platforms, and application security governance. 📍Mentorship: Support junior trainers and act as a mentor for team members looking to deepen their knowledge of identity and compliance ecosystems.

Key Skills & Competencies:

📍Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role in IT or enterprise software. 📍Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, and federated identity solutions. 📍In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, workflows, and integrations. 📍Solid understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC) frameworks and audit requirements. 📍Strong grasp of IT service management (ITSM), compliance, and security operations processes.
