Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šTraining Delivery: Conduct instructor-led and virtual technical training sessions on key IT platforms and tools including ServiceNow, SailPoint, Okta, and IAM best practices. šCurriculum Design: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training materials, labs, and technical documentation tailored to beginner through advanced users. šKnowledge Transfer: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver effective enablement programs aligned with business and compliance requirements. šEvaluation: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and improvement plans. šStakeholder Engagement: Liaise with IT, InfoSec, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with ITGC, ITAC, and regulatory standards. šTechnical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in IAM systems, ITSM platforms, and application security governance. šMentorship: Support junior trainers and act as a mentor for team members looking to deepen their knowledge of identity and compliance ecosystems.
Key Skills & Competencies:
šProven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role in IT or enterprise software. šExpertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, and federated identity solutions. šIn-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, workflows, and integrations. šSolid understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC) frameworks and audit requirements. šStrong grasp of IT service management (ITSM), compliance, and security operations processes.
