šProvide analysis and real time reporting for major incidents, SLAs, SLOs, etc. to key partners šSupport incident response on critical applications and infrastructure issues šAbility to communicate technical issues to customers šTriage and troubleshoot system issues šWork closely with developers and operational teams on escalated technical issues šManage Zendesk and JIRA related workflows šCreate alerts and dashboards based on application logs and business metrics šStrive for zero outages and a low level of production issues.
Requirements:
š1-3 years Experience of technical operations and customer support šKnowledge of relational/document-oriented databases incl.
