What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

📍Lead the integration and onboarding of developers to CDP APIs, SDKs, and other technical products 📍Troubleshoot complex technical issues through log analysis, code reviews, and internal reproduction 📍Oncall support for handling technical queries on Discord and support developers during company-led hackathons. 📍Author and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and sample code 📍Provide technical advisory support to developers building using CDP products 📍Design and implement scalable integration solutions for enterprise developers 📍Analyze developer feedback and usage patterns to identify trends and improvement opportunities 📍Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

📍Experience: 5+ years in technical roles involving software engineering, solutions architecture, Technical Account Management, or similar positions requiring hands-on coding 📍Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of SDKs, REST APIs, and debugging in Linux/Unix environments. Experience with Git for documentation and code sample contributions 📍Coding Skills: Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Javascript and Python, with ability to work across multiple languages including Java and C# 📍System Design:Ability to architect scalable integration solutions and provide best practices guidance 📍Communication: Outstanding technical writing abilities and excellent verbal communication skills for developer enablement 📍Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
