Job Summary
What will you do?
📍Proactively search for candidates across multiple channels 📍Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process 📍Nurture and build trust with passive candidates who may not be ready to pursue a new job 📍Work closely with hiring managers to understand the roles and requirements to translate to an efficient sourcing strategy 📍Collaborate with the talent team and leaders to develop highly effective processes with a focus on attracting the most talented candidates 📍Maintain and update our ATS
What skills do you bring?
📍2 years of technical recruitment experience, exposure and/or experience in a start-up or SaaS company is a plus 📍Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment 📍Strong organizational skills 📍Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 📍Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills 📍Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision 📍A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to step into the unknown 📍Comfortable across multiple different systems and platforms with ease
