Prysm is an official Ethereum proof-of-stake client written in Go. Both individuals and institutions can use Prysm to participate in Ethereum's decentralized economy by running a node and earn rewards by running a validator to help secure the Ethereum blockchain. Upcoming Stylus will enable users to deploy programs written in popular programming languages like Rust, C, C++, and more, side-by-side with existing Solidity dApps on the same Arbitrum blockchain.

Job Summary

What you'll do:

šŸ“Work closely with Talent leadership and execute the talent strategy. šŸ“Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs šŸ“Operate with a high level of urgency with a consultative approach to stakeholders. šŸ“Expertly lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles. šŸ“Leverage data insights and reporting to drive recruiting initiatives. šŸ“Follow existing processes while identifying gaps and proposing solutions. šŸ“Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. šŸ“Be creative and flexible when strategically sourcing talent. šŸ“Nurture trust-based, candidate relationships exemplifying a high level of candidate experience. šŸ“Build an external talent network. šŸ“Drive employer branding across diverse platforms. šŸ“Extend employment offers.

What you’ll need:

šŸ“MUST have a passion for AND professional experience recruiting within blockchain / web3 space. šŸ“Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in full-lifecycle recruiting; prior tech startup experience is ideal. šŸ“Possess extreme ownership and proactive mindset. šŸ“Excellent organizational skills and time management. šŸ“Exceptional work ethic and highly coachable. šŸ“Familiar with Lever or a comparable applicant tracking system. šŸ“Strong planning and operational skills.
