Job Summary
What you'll do:
šWork closely with Talent leadership and execute the talent strategy. šCollaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs šOperate with a high level of urgency with a consultative approach to stakeholders. šExpertly lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles. šLeverage data insights and reporting to drive recruiting initiatives. šFollow existing processes while identifying gaps and proposing solutions. šKeep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. šBe creative and flexible when strategically sourcing talent. šNurture trust-based, candidate relationships exemplifying a high level of candidate experience. šBuild an external talent network. šDrive employer branding across diverse platforms. šExtend employment offers.
What youāll need:
šMUST have a passion for AND professional experience recruiting within blockchain / web3 space. šMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in full-lifecycle recruiting; prior tech startup experience is ideal. šPossess extreme ownership and proactive mindset. šExcellent organizational skills and time management. šExceptional work ethic and highly coachable. šFamiliar with Lever or a comparable applicant tracking system. šStrong planning and operational skills.
