Magnaās goal is to be the one-stop solution for all token-based crypto companies who want to track outstanding and promised token allocations, automate the distribution of those tokens, and manage information about their stakeholders. Our mission is to make it easier for crypto companies to manage their tokens and tokenholders so that they can focus on their product and not custom internal tools and smart contracts as they scale. Job Summary
Responsibilities
šAssist in planning and executing sales engineering initiatives using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with customer needs, technical requirements, and sales timelines. š Support the facilitation of team ceremonies such as technical syncs, pre-sales planning, and post-engagement retrospectives to enhance collaboration and solution delivery. š Collaborate with sales and technical teams to prioritize customer requirements and manage the technical backlog to ensure timely and effective solution development. š Communicate effectively with account executives, clients, and internal stakeholders to provide updates on solution design, technical challenges, and proposed resolutions. š Contribute to the development and tracking of performance metrics related to pre-sales activities, proof of concept (POC) success rates, and customer satisfaction. š Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, solution architects, and implementation engineers, to ensure proposed solutions align with customer and business goals. š Assist in identifying and addressing technical risks or customer objections during the sales cycle, escalating as needed to maintain momentum and deal progression. š Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of products, sales methodologies, and emerging technologies relevant to the sales engineering role. šContribute to the preparation and delivery of technical documentation, solution demos, and post-engagement reports to support sales efforts and inform future engagements.
Skills And Experience
šA bachelorās degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience š Working knowledge of the Software and/or Product Development life cycle š1-3 years of experience in project management or Agile development methodologies, preferably in a product organization š Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. šProblem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. šFamiliarity with project management tools and software.
