Key Responsibilities

📍Project Coordination: Plan, execute, and oversee the delivery of embedded software projects across global teams in the US, Mexico, and India. 📍Team Communication: Act as the primary communication bridge between distributed teams, ensuring clear alignment on objectives and deliverables. 📍Technical Guidance: Leverage your understanding of embedded systems, communication protocols, and automotive diagnostics to provide leadership and support to technical teams. 📍Agile Practices: Facilitate Agile processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum and adaptability. 📍Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and external partners to gather requirements, define priorities, and align project goals. 📍Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 📍Performance Tracking: Monitor project milestones, timelines, and outcomes, delivering regular status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

📍Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 📍7+ years of technical product owner experience, preferably in automotive or embedded systems development. 📍Strong knowledge of embedded software development and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet). 📍Familiarity with automotive diagnostics standards, such as CAN, OBD-II, and UDS. 📍Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum environments. 📍Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage multicultural, geographically dispersed teams. 📍Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. 📍Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe are a plus.
