Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Project Coordination: Plan, execute, and oversee the delivery of embedded software projects across global teams in the US, Mexico, and India. šŸ“Team Communication: Act as the primary communication bridge between distributed teams, ensuring clear alignment on objectives and deliverables. šŸ“Technical Guidance: Leverage your understanding of embedded systems, communication protocols, and automotive diagnostics to provide leadership and support to technical teams. šŸ“Agile Practices: Facilitate Agile processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum and adaptability. šŸ“Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and external partners to gather requirements, define priorities, and align project goals. šŸ“Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. šŸ“Performance Tracking: Monitor project milestones, timelines, and outcomes, delivering regular status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. šŸ“7+ years of technical product owner experience, preferably in automotive or embedded systems development. šŸ“Strong knowledge of embedded software development and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet). šŸ“Familiarity with automotive diagnostics standards, such as CAN, OBD-II, and UDS. šŸ“Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum environments. šŸ“Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage multicultural, geographically dispersed teams. šŸ“Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. šŸ“Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe are a plus.
