Job Summary

What you’ll be doing:

📍Debugging issues (tools, art, rendering etc) & solving complex problems 📍Trusted to communicate with the client diplomatically without supervision, and take on complex & nuanced projects to contribute to with minimal oversight from leadership 📍Enthusiastic attitude to content creation & agile problem solving, and an understanding of the ever-shifting nature of development (shifting priorities where necessary) 📍Able to support the game art team with creation of assets such as shaders, materials, vfx and lighting solutions 📍Should have an enthusiastic, can do attitude, happy to accept difficult technical art challenges

What we need from you:

📍Experienced level technical art portfolio 📍Solid understanding of art fundamentals 📍Expert knowledge in some areas such as; procedural content generation, rendering/shaders, VFX, lighting etc. 📍Expert knowledge in at least one area of the games art pipeline (character, environments, props, animation, VFX) 📍Should be able to accurately estimate and schedule your own workload and provide assistance with estimates for team members 📍Solid experience with development workspace and production tools like Jira and P4 📍A good communicator with the ability to verbalise conceptual thoughts and the willingness to accept constructive critique

What would help:

📍Experience in a similar role is highly desirable 📍Experience with Unreal engine for game development 📍Background in art & understanding of art fundamentals
