Job Summary

Essential Responsibilities:

šŸ“Monitor proactive technical health for Enterprise merchants šŸ“Identify and suggest solutions to improve customer experience šŸ“Consult with merchants and internal teams on integration best practices šŸ“Initiate strong relationships to help merchants succeed šŸ“Diagnose and identify issues with APIs, code, services, and network latency šŸ“Advocate on merchants' behalf to improve products, systems, and processes šŸ“Be the main point of contact for technical issues affecting our Enterprise merchants

Expected Qualifications:

šŸ“3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

šŸ“As a Technical Account Manager, you own advancing the technical relationship with your customers by providing proactive health engagement, revenue protection, and always advocating for their needs. šŸ“Diagnose issues with APIs, SDKs, payment flows, and latency, and communicate these to merchants and internal stakeholders. šŸ“Consult with merchants and internal teams on customer experience improvements and best practices. šŸ“Build strong relationships to help merchants be successful now and into the future.
