Job Summary
What will I be doing?
šProvide top-quality technical service before, after and mainly during the onboarding of either new or existing customers into new markets, products or operations, helping to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthening customer relationships. šAcquire excellent product and technical knowledge, to assess and guarantee the quality to our customers. šHelp maximize the companyās revenue. šExpand current relationships with customers, focusing on the development of new products and operations. šAnalyze prospectsā business and technical requirements, and help develop solutions that meet those needs. šWork together with Product and Engineering teams to help customize specific products for customers. šManage customer expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction. šBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, being the owner of the technical relationship with customers. šMonitor the progress of the product integration and ramp up to ensure that they are successful.
What skills do I need?
šBachelorās degree in engineering or computer science. š2+ Years of experience in similar positions. šExperience in dealing with customers from a technical approach. šExperience in working and understanding APIs, with the capability of explaining them to third parties. šFluent written and spoken English. šKnowledge of SQL required.
