Job Summary
What You Will Work On
šWork alongside the Account Executives to win new business and increase sales šProvide technical support for customers to support pre-sale and post-sale processes šSupport Account Managers with their accounts, answering questions, leading technical onboardings, and helping to build custom components and dashboards šUnderstand new data sets and be able to communicate value to clients šAddress all product-related queries on time šTrain customers to use products effectively šProvide developers with customersā feedback to help identify potential new features or products šReport on product performance šAnalyze customersā needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
Requirements
šBA/BS degree or relevant experience
šSolid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies, SQL and python skills are a must.
šExperience using REST API endpoints
šExperience or passion for cryptocurrency markets is strongly preferred
šAn ability to grasp customersā needs and suggest timely solutions
šExcellent verbal and written communication skills
šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
