Job Summary
What You Will Work On
📍Work alongside the Account Executives to win new business and increase sales 📍Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sale and post-sale processes 📍Support Account Managers with their accounts, answering questions, leading technical onboardings, and helping to build custom components and dashboards 📍Understand new data sets and be able to communicate value to clients 📍Address all product-related queries on time 📍Train customers to use products effectively 📍Provide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products 📍Report on product performance 📍Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
Requirements
đź“ŤBA/BS degree or relevant experience
đź“ŤSolid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies, SQL and python skills are a must.
đź“ŤExperience using REST API endpoints
đź“ŤExperience or passion for cryptocurrency markets is strongly preferred
📍An ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
đź“ŤExcellent verbal and written communication skills
đź“ŤStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
