Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
📍Evaluate and uplift the quality of existing products, identifying and resolving deficiencies; 📍Proactively suggest product enhancements based on thorough analysis; 📍Drive improvements in product quality for elevated customer experiences; 📍Assess and optimize the performance of AI and Machine Learning models; 📍Systematically document, prioritize, and address testing anomalies and defects; 📍Develop and oversee a robust Quality Planning strategy; 📍Collaborate with the Product Development team for seamless project delivery; 📍Identify and alleviate bottlenecks in quality assurance processes; 📍Spearhead continuous improvement projects and quality data collection; 📍Establish and track key KPIs for product quality; 📍Prepare and present comprehensive quality reports to Senior Management.
Job Requirements:
