Operation management:
šAnalyze malfunctions to produce Root Cause Analysis documents and manage the process of proper resolution and future mitigation. šManagement of scheduled changes and maintenance. šCollaborate with various internal departments to assure quality work. šDefine and improve work processes to improve the quality and SLA while keeping systems stable.
Project Management:
šInfrastructure project management. šMeasure project performance and resource allocation. šManaging KPIs and goals for the Network, System, and DBA teams. šDevelop diagrams and presentations for management.
