Responsibilities:

📍Lead end-to-end feature development from ideation and design to production rollout — working closely with the Product Manager and a compact engineering team. Balance hands-on technical ownership with people leadership, mentoring, and alignment on product goals. 📍Actively contribute to coding, architecture design, and other hands-on technical tasks. 📍Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the wallet infrastructure to support a rapidly growing global user base. 📍Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements. 📍Analyze and monitor system performance, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

📍Proven experience leading and managing technical teams in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. 📍Hands-on expertise in Python, with the ability to contribute directly to product development. 📍Experience in fintech, payments, or other high-load, high-reliability systems. 📍Strong understanding of system design, performance, and security principles. 📍Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 📍Strong focus on user experience and data-driven decisions. 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 📍Proficiency in English and Russian for effective collaboration in an international team. 📍Knowledge of blockchain technologies and wallets is a plus but not required.
