Responsibilities:
📍Lead, mentor, and manage a remote engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. 📍Actively contribute to coding, architecture design, and other hands-on technical tasks. 📍Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the wallet infrastructure to support a growing global user base. 📍Collaborate with Product, Security, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements. 📍Analyze and monitor system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing solutions.
Requirements:
📍Proven experience leading and managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment. 📍Hands-on expertise in Python, with the ability to contribute to product development. 📍Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, custodial wallets, and crypto infrastructure. 📍Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 📍Strong focus on user experience and security. 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 📍Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. 📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 📍Proficiency in English and Russian to effectively collaborate with an international team.
