Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šEntering incoming and outgoing invoices in the invoice book šPre-sort and classify receipts šPreparation of payroll accounting šPreparation of Bookkeeping before month end accounting šSupport during Audits - Provision of information and documentation for internal and external audits. šSupport with budget and financial planning
Requirements:
šCompleted in-depth training as a tax clerk or business studies, ideally with a focus on taxes/accounting/controlling š3+ of experience in accounting or bookkeeping šSound knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and tax law šAbility to work in a team and communication and organizational skills as well as an independent and responsible way of working šProficient use of DATEV and MS Office applications as well as English language skills required šPrevious knowledge of preparation of wages
