Job Summary
What you’ll do:
📍Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns in Meta (FB, IG), LinkedIn, later Telegram and Google Ads. 📍Work with audience segmentation (geo, age, interests), Lookalike, and retargeting. 📍Test hypotheses, offers, formats (stories, reels, carousels, etc.). 📍Launch lead forms and monitor lead quality. 📍Analyze performance metrics: CPL, CPM, CTR, frequency, etc. 📍Optimize budget to reduce lead costs. 📍Collaborate with the marketing team (creating hypotheses, drafting briefs for creatives).
Requirements
📍2+ years of experience in targeted advertising, especially in B2B and services. 📍Strong knowledge of advertising tools in Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Telegram Ads. 📍Experience working with Lookalike audiences, retargeting, and A/B testing. 📍Experience in lead generation and understanding of B2B marketing. 📍Ability to quickly test hypotheses and scale successful campaigns. 📍English proficiency B2 or higher. 📍Analytical skills (Meta, GA4, LinkedIn Ads – a plus). 📍Portfolio with cases, analyses, and ad creatives. 📍Experience with GCC, European, or US markets. 📍Experience setting up Telegram Ads. 📍Copywriting skills and working with creatives.
