Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šPlan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads. šMonitor campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance against goals. šConduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. šGather, clean, and analyze campaign data to identify insights and opportunities. šPrepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders. šCollaborate with the creative and product teams to align ad strategies with user acquisition goals. šStay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
š2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Apple Search Ads. šStrong skills in data gathering, analysis, and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets, Data Studio, or similar tools). šUnderstanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, ARPU ). šBasic knowledge of audience targeting, keyword strategy, and attribution models. šGood experience and knowledge of analytics platforms (Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, etc,). šDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. šStrong communication and problem-solving skills.
