Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads. 📍Monitor campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance against goals. 📍Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. 📍Gather, clean, and analyze campaign data to identify insights and opportunities. 📍Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders. 📍Collaborate with the creative and product teams to align ad strategies with user acquisition goals. 📍Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
📍2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Apple Search Ads. 📍Strong skills in data gathering, analysis, and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets, Data Studio, or similar tools). 📍Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, ARPU ). 📍Basic knowledge of audience targeting, keyword strategy, and attribution models. 📍Good experience and knowledge of analytics platforms (Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, etc,). 📍Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 📍Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
