What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties):
šExplore and experiment with new and unconventional sources of talent to strengthen the candidate pool. šEnhance and execute Coinbase's talent networking and mapping strategy, building a robust network of potential candidates. šDevelop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent. šManage a referral program to leverage existing employeesā networks, ensuring a steady flow of referred candidates. šOversee and expand a gamified talent attraction program to incentivize external talent to participate in Coinbaseās hiring process. šFormulate and execute a strategic plan for job postings across various platforms, ensuring optimal visibility and reach. šInnovate and implement effective screener strategies, such as using ENS addresses, to streamline the candidate screening process. šParticipate in candidate research and insight-gathering activities to inform recruitment strategies and enhance candidate engagement. šPerform competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in talent acquisition. šStay updated on industry trends, competitive employer brands, and best practices to ensure Coinbase's talent acquisition strategy remains innovative and effective. šProvide metrics analysis support to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and link initiatives to measurable results. šEnsure all candidate interactions are consistent, accessible, understandable, actionable, and engaging across all touchpoints.
What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements):
šActive member and contributor to the web3 community with onchain experience is a requirement. š5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing. š3+ years of experience in program management or community building. šBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. šProven experience with HR technology platforms and tools. šStrong portfolio showcasing professional achievements in talent acquisition and network building. šExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. šAbility to work collaboratively across multiple functions and adapt quickly to changing priorities. šGood quantitative and deductive skills, with the ability to support data-driven decisions.
