Job Summary

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties):

📍Explore and experiment with new and unconventional sources of onchain talent to strengthen the candidate pool. 📍Enhance and execute Coinbase's talent networking and mapping strategy, building a robust network of potential candidates. 📍Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent. 📍Manage a referral program to leverage existing employees’ networks, ensuring a steady flow of referred candidates. 📍Oversee and expand a gamified talent attraction program to incentivize external talent to participate in Coinbase’s hiring process. 📍Formulate and execute a strategic plan for job postings across various platforms, ensuring optimal visibility and reach. 📍Participate in candidate research and insight-gathering activities to inform recruitment strategies and enhance candidate engagement. 📍Perform competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in talent acquisition. 📍Provide metrics analysis support to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and link initiatives to measurable results. 📍Ensure all candidate interactions are consistent, accessible, understandable, actionable, and engaging across all touchpoints.

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements):

đź“Ť5+ years of experience in program management or community building. đź“ŤBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. đź“ŤStrong portfolio showcasing professional achievements in talent acquisition and network building. đź“ŤExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. đź“ŤAbility to work collaboratively across multiple functions and adapt quickly to changing priorities. đź“ŤGood quantitative and deductive skills, with the ability to support data-driven decisions.
