Job Summary
What you’ll do:
📍Work closely with hiring partners to understand their needs to identify the right talent and ensure goals are met 📍Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent across a variety of roles 📍Track goals, metrics, and performance data of the hiring cycle while regularly communicating updates to TA, hiring partners, and the leadership team 📍Partner closely with hiring partners as subject matter expert in the technical requirements, interview processes and hiring decisions 📍Engage passive candidates and understand their underlying motivations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements and company mission
What you’ll bring:
📍4+ years experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably within Tech, or fast moving startup - fintech experience preferred. 📍Strong and proven ability to source passive candidates. 📍2+ years experience utilizing recruitment tools such as Greenhouse (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter 📍Demonstrated expertise hiring qualified candidates at all levels throughout all departments including R&D, Product, Security & DevOps and more. 📍Proven recruitment expertise through the experience of managing the full recruitment cycle of multiple requisitions at any given time, with an emphasis on a top-notch candidate experience
