Job Summary
Main Responsibilities:
📍Configure and maintain user devices, including Windows and OS X laptops. 📍Implement access control measures and user rights restrictions. 📍Maintain records and monitor employee equipment inventory. 📍Resolve technical issues for users and deploy necessary software. 📍Diagnose and rectify hardware and software malfunctions. 📍Proficiently manage local security policies in Windows environments. 📍Develop and execute an IT infrastructure plan for managing user devices. 📍Monitor and backup operating systems and user data. 📍Integrate and support antivirus solutions.
Requirements:
