šUnderstand customer and user stakeholders, their relationships, pain points and needs šDevelop strong relationships with customers, delivering an excellent experience šConduct initial data analysis and discovery to shape tailored customer solutions šCreate impactful demos and presentations that clearly demonstrate rapid value creation šProvide expert guidance, support, and training to customers, becoming a trusted advisor on Kallikor solutions šStay informed of the latest trends and developments in simulation, digital twin technology, AI, IoT, and industry-specific trends (logistics, supply chain management)
Why You're Made for This:
šProven commercial consultancy experience within supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations šStrong data analysis and processing skills, including the ability to draw insights from complex datasets šFamiliarity and experience with simulation tools and methodologies is strongly preferred šExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience building effective relationships with stakeholders and clients šStrong communication skills, able to bring value propositions to life for a customer audience as well as tailor technical messages appropriately šProven ability to deliver impactful results both independently and collaboratively within small teams
