Job Summary
What you will be responsible for:
šOptimize structural designs based on fluid and heat dissipation simulations. šIndependently complete product structural design, analyze, and resolve issues during pilot and mass production phases. šManage tasks throughout the project lifecycle, from project evaluation to mass production, including material selection and mechanical specifications confirmation. šResponsible for the structural design of prototypes and mass production products, including the delivery of 3D/2D drawings and product BOM. šConduct CAE simulation analysis for key structural components, provide guidance for structural optimization, and make relevant recommendations. šAnalyze, improve, and optimize the mechanical design of products. šMonitor on-site production and resolve issues related to assembly and reliability testing during pilot production. šComplete potential failure mode analysis during the design phase, generate DFMEA files to evaluate risks, and propose design improvements. Conduct dimensional tolerance analysis for key components to ensure assembly reliability. šMaintain mass production, perform post-sale failure analysis of released products, and provide improvement solutions.
How you will stand out:
šBachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for Mechanical Design or related fields. šProficient in design software such as PROE/CREO/UG/CAD to complete new product structural designs (including appearance modeling, process review, and structural documentation). Skilled in structural simulation software (e.g., Abaqus/Ansys), with the ability to perform static, modal, and impact analysis and use simulation results to guide design improvements. šFamiliar with the structural design of data center and server products; 3-5 years of product design experience preferred. Familiarity with cooling system designs, including air and liquid cooling systems, is a plus, especially experience with designing components such as heat exchangers, cold plates, pumps, and fans.
