About the role:

We are looking for a Finance Systems Integration Engineer to build and own integrations across our finance technology ecosystem, automate financial workflows, integrate business systems, and ensure production reliability.

Responsibilities:

📍Design, develop, and deploy ERP (preferably NetSuite) enhancements and customizations that drive better business processes. 📍Build using SuiteCloud platform: SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x), SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and APIs. 📍Configure custom records, fields, forms, roles, permissions, saved searches, and reports. 📍Develop and maintain workflows and automation across finance systems. 📍Design, build, and maintain integrations connecting our ERP with upstream and downstream systems: HR, T&E, vendor management, treasury systems, and banking feeds. 📍Build and manage integrations using Workato, n8n, or equivalent middleware platforms. 📍Implement real-time and batch integration patterns using REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, SFTP, and event-based architectures. 📍Own end-to-end integration health: monitor data flows, troubleshoot failures, and reconcile mismatches. 📍Design and implement SOX-compliant integration controls (change management, access controls, data validation). 📍Support ITGC audits with comprehensive documentation and control testing evidence. 📍Partner with finance, functional analysts, and engineering teams to ensure integration reliability. 📍Prepare detailed technical documentation for all customizations, integrations, and configurations. 📍Establish integration governance standards and best practices for the growing team.

Requirements:

📍5–8 years in integration engineering, with 5+ years of hands-on ERP development/integration experience (non-negotiable). 📍Deep ERP technical expertise: SuiteCloud platform, SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x), SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and ERP APIs. 📍Integration tools expertise: experience with Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar middleware platforms. 📍Technical foundation: REST APIs, JSON, XML, web services, OAuth, SFTP, and event-based architectures. 📍Cross-system integration experience: proven ability to integrate HRIS, T&E, procurement, treasury, and banking systems with ERP platforms. 📍Track record maintaining high-availability systems (99%+ uptime) in production environments. 📍Experience implementing SOX and ITGC controls in financial systems. 📍DevOps practices: version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, logging/monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, or equivalent). 📍Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to diagnose complex data flow issues independently. 📍Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document clearly.

Nice-to-have: 📍Advanced ERP certifications: SuiteFoundation, Administrator, SuiteCloud Developer. 📍Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM), reconciliation frameworks, or data validation controls. 📍Prior work in fintech, crypto, payments, or high-scale transactional businesses. 📍Experience designing integration architecture, evaluating build vs. buy decisions, or establishing integration standards. 📍Experience with complex organizational structures, international operations, and multi-subsidiary implementations.
