Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Systems Integration Engineer to build and own integrations across our finance technology ecosystem, automate financial workflows, integrate business systems, and ensure production reliability.
Responsibilities:
šDesign, develop, and deploy ERP (preferably NetSuite) enhancements and customizations that drive better business processes. šBuild using SuiteCloud platform: SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x), SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and APIs. šConfigure custom records, fields, forms, roles, permissions, saved searches, and reports. šDevelop and maintain workflows and automation across finance systems. šDesign, build, and maintain integrations connecting our ERP with upstream and downstream systems: HR, T&E, vendor management, treasury systems, and banking feeds. šBuild and manage integrations using Workato, n8n, or equivalent middleware platforms. šImplement real-time and batch integration patterns using REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, SFTP, and event-based architectures. šOwn end-to-end integration health: monitor data flows, troubleshoot failures, and reconcile mismatches. šDesign and implement SOX-compliant integration controls (change management, access controls, data validation). šSupport ITGC audits with comprehensive documentation and control testing evidence. šPartner with finance, functional analysts, and engineering teams to ensure integration reliability. šPrepare detailed technical documentation for all customizations, integrations, and configurations. šEstablish integration governance standards and best practices for the growing team.
Requirements:
š5ā8 years in integration engineering, with 5+ years of hands-on ERP development/integration experience (non-negotiable). šDeep ERP technical expertise: SuiteCloud platform, SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x), SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and ERP APIs. šIntegration tools expertise: experience with Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar middleware platforms. šTechnical foundation: REST APIs, JSON, XML, web services, OAuth, SFTP, and event-based architectures. šCross-system integration experience: proven ability to integrate HRIS, T&E, procurement, treasury, and banking systems with ERP platforms. šTrack record maintaining high-availability systems (99%+ uptime) in production environments. šExperience implementing SOX and ITGC controls in financial systems. šDevOps practices: version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, logging/monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, or equivalent). šStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to diagnose complex data flow issues independently. šAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document clearly.
Nice-to-have: šAdvanced ERP certifications: SuiteFoundation, Administrator, SuiteCloud Developer. šExposure to Master Data Management (MDM), reconciliation frameworks, or data validation controls. šPrior work in fintech, crypto, payments, or high-scale transactional businesses. šExperience designing integration architecture, evaluating build vs. buy decisions, or establishing integration standards. šExperience with complex organizational structures, international operations, and multi-subsidiary implementations.
