This position is an Individual Contributor role.

📍Manage forensic and eDiscovery workflows in close partnership with compliance investigators, Legal, Cybersecurity, IT, and Employee Relations (ER), including data scoping, subject identification, and preparation for forensic review. 📍Manage forensic data acquisition and preservation across different data sources, endpoints, mobile devices, and Internet-based sources. 📍Conduct forensic analysis, develop investigative timelines and reports, and present findings to lead investigators. Experience with OSINT tools, Nuix, Magnet Axiom, EnCase, FTK, and Cellebrite is a plus. 📍Assist and manage BCO investigations, particularly matters involving key controls and cybersecurity policy violations. Participate in interviews, case management, and oversee matter tracking and documentation. 📍Maintain operational dashboards for reporting and support strategic initiatives as required. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus.

Qualifications

📍5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) in computer science, digital forensics, cybersecurity or other relevant field of study 📍Professional certifications, i.e. EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), GIAC (GCFE, GCFA, GOSI, GASF), Certified Information Systems Security professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or other similar credentials is a plus 📍Experience managing the forensic and eDiscovery lifecycle from intake, data ingestion, analysis, and summary reports 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills 📍Excellent critical and data analytic skills
