Role Overview
We are looking for a Strategic Planning Manager to define and operationalise our OKRs and strategy.
We would love to welcome an experienced individual whose primary goal will be to increase the understanding and the quality of the OKRs in the company and to ensure they are perfectly tracked (we use Gtmhub tool for that). We want everyone across Ramp to trust and believe in the OKR process and that's why we need you to help us realize that goal!
This is a full-time role and we are open to hearing from candidates who are based in the US (East Coast) and Europe.
Your future work will include
helping to continuously improve OKRs processes across the company, facilitating strategic sessions for executives and internal teams, coaching every team at Ramp in defining their strategy and OKRs, monitoring and tracking the progress of OKRs across the company, other projects as directed by the COO.
Requirements What we are looking for in candidates
previous experience in the area of Program/Project Management, strong understanding of working with OKRs, strong communication skills and ability to communicate with C-level, background in Business Management/Entrepreneurship and/or MBA diploma will be seen as an advantage.
