Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Become a product expert and help customers use Helius effectively 📍Ensure strategic accounts are onboarded successfully 📍Serve as the key point of contact for strategic accounts, build relationships with key stakeholders, field technical and account issues where possible, collaborate with engineering on technical issues where necessary 📍Identify and understand customer’s pain points, map pain points to existing solutions, and encourage adoption of new products 📍Own contract renewals to retain existing customer revenue 📍Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface product or adoption blockers to improve our customer experience
Qualifications:
📍5+ years of work experience in technical account management or sales roles 📍Experience working with a technical audience 📍Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly 📍Comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and scrappy environment 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills 📍High degree of ownership and agency, eager to take charge of projects with undefined process
