What you’ll be doing:

📍Develop and execute a strategic vision for Vulnerability Management (VM) that ensures the right balance of safety and agility. 📍Partner with development teams to design and implement security controls in vulnerability detection, prevention, and remediation. 📍Own metric and OKR development and be accountable for adherence to VM program procedure and risk reduction outcomes. 📍Brief and engage with engineering leaders in operational reviews and written updates. 📍Drive continuous improvement in the vulnerability management process.

What we look for in you:

📍At least 5 years of experience in vulnerability management, application security, or related information security domains. 📍At least 2 years of experience using SQL and/or Python to analyze vulnerability data and/or deliver operational metrics. 📍Strong understanding of security frameworks and risk management. 📍Experience with security tools and technologies for vulnerability assessment. 📍Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 📍You have landed impact through long-range strategic plans and influenced technical leads and executives. 📍An execution-focused mindset, capable of navigating through ambiguity and delivering results. 📍Your passion for building an open financial system that brings the world together drives you to excel in this role.
