What you’ll be doing:

📍Operate with a high degree of independence and autonomy to solve ambiguous problems in runtime security and software development infrastructure 📍Work closely with your peers in Information Security and Infrastructure Engineering to create, communicate, and lead a strategic vision for your space. 📍Solve complex, highly ambiguous, and nuanced technical challenges to deliver step-level security risk reductions. 📍Build and evolve infrastructure platforms and automation by co-creating with engineering teams. 📍Mentor infrastructure security and software engineers, support their professional goals, and continuously up-level the organization’s technical bench.

What we look for in you:

📍At least 7 years of experience in software or development-focused security engineering. 📍At least 5 years of experience building controls to secure large infrastructure platforms that support thousands of developers. 📍An execution-focused mindset, capable of navigating through ambiguity and delivering results. 📍Your passion for building an open financial system that brings the world together drives you to excel in this role.
