What you will do

📍Architect backend systems, including to serve as the foundation of a new 0-1 product. 📍Lead and drive critical technical projects, making high-impact decisions that shape the product and ensure long-term maintainability and performance. 📍Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other teams to align technical execution with early-stage product goals and customer feedback. 📍Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence and best practices across the team. 📍Continuously improve system performance, observability, and maintainability to support rapid iteration. 📍Take ownership in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, balancing speed with technical rigor in service of early customer needs.
