Job Summary
What you will do
šArchitect backend systems, including to serve as the foundation of a new 0-1 product. šLead and drive critical technical projects, making high-impact decisions that shape the product and ensure long-term maintainability and performance. šCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other teams to align technical execution with early-stage product goals and customer feedback. šMentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence and best practices across the team. šContinuously improve system performance, observability, and maintainability to support rapid iteration. šTake ownership in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, balancing speed with technical rigor in service of early customer needs.
