Job Summary
Responsibilities
šSet up and monitor systematic recording and reconciling of electronic bank activity šManual recording and reconciling of cash activity not available electronically šProcess journal entries for month-end close šHelp design new month-end close procedures with Oracle šCreate accounting schedules & balance sheet reconciliations šAnalyze discrepancies and research and close reconciling items šMeet deadlines and with regular time-sensitive situations šOther tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
šBachelorās Degree in Accounting šAt least 1-3 years of related experience šERP experience ā Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion a plus šHands-on general ledger experience preferred šAbility to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends and evenings šExcellent Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Word šGreat attention to detail
