Job Summary
What you'll do:
đź“ŤOwn day-to-day vendor payments and billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing đź“ŤProcess and review invoices, verify approvals, and manage payment runs đź“ŤSupport vendor onboarding, including collecting documentation and coordinating with Legal and Finance đź“ŤMaintain accurate vendor records and payment data across systems đź“ŤPartner cross-functionally to resolve billing issues, discrepancies, and payment inquiries đź“ŤSupport month-end close activities related to AP and payments đź“ŤAssist with audit requests, documentation, and controls đź“ŤIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and operational efficiency đź“ŤHelp document processes and contribute to building scalable payments operations
What you'll need:
📍1–3+ years of experience in accounts payable, billing, finance operations, or a related role 📍Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and financial data 📍Experience processing invoices and payments in an AP or billing system 📍Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 📍Clear, professional communication skills when working with internal teams and vendors 📍Comfort working with spreadsheets and financial systems (e.g., ERP, AP tools, expense platforms) 📍High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information 📍Organized, reliable, and proactive problem-solver
