Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍Research Leadership (50%) 📍Conduct strategic research initiatives that shape company direction 📍Partner with product teams on high-stakes decisions requiring research evidence 📍Synthesize insights across all customer touchpoints monthly 📍Present findings to executive team when needed 📍Build and evolve research roadmap aligned with company OKRs 📍Research Operations (50%) 📍Build and maintain research repository and insight management system 📍Create research templates and playbooks for common study types 📍Train PMs and designers on research methods through workshops and 1:1 coaching to maintain quality standards 📍Manage research tools and participant recruitment infrastructure 📍Measure and improve research velocity and impact metrics
