Key Responsibilities:
đź“ŤDevelop a long and short-term product vision and strategy for the AI/ML Platform stack đź“ŤCommunicate Product priorities and build consensus with engineering, customers & other stakeholders đź“ŤContinuously engage with Data Scientists and Product domain teams to identify new AI business cases to be successfully onboarded on the platform while keeping a pulse of how well the platform is performing for the existing business cases đź“ŤExecute with excellence in a cross-functional setting, building strong relationships with key stakeholders (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data engineers, Product Analytics, and business teams). đź“ŤDefine and measure key performance indicators to evaluate and understand product value.
Requisite Experience:
📍Strong Product Management track record in delivering Enterprise scale AI Platforms in top-tier companies. 📍Deep expertise in AI/ML Platform tech with a strong platform mindset. 📍Strong business and technical acumen. You’ll be expected to help define and drive technical requirements. 📍Excellent time management skills with ability to manage a large, diverse set of to-dos – vigorously prioritize, stay on top of multiple work streams, monitor progress, hold owners accountable. 📍Have a strong execution bias and deep passion for solving customer problems, specifically reducing friction in customer experiences. 📍Have strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner 📍Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and across multiple domains. 📍7 - 10 years experience in Product Management
