Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Salesforce Administration: 📍Manage and maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions. 📍Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. 📍Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide actionable insights. 📍Train and support end-users to maximize Salesforce capabilities and user adoption. 📍Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure the system is optimized.
Requirements:
📍Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 📍12+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development. 📍Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) are preferred.
