Job Summary
The Opportunity
📍Lead the CF Benchmarks sales effort across Europe, driving client acquisition and volume growth for the CF Benchmarks product suite. 📍Generate, filter, and pursue client leads through both inbound and outbound activities, while also supporting team members in doing the same. 📍Manage a portfolio of institutional clients, building trust-based relationships, recognizing their needs, and demonstrating how CF Benchmarks can deliver value. 📍Identify new opportunities for the company's indices and data to play an increasing role in both the cryptocurrency and traditional financial industries. 📍Represent CF Benchmarks at industry events, traveling across Europe for client meetings, conferences, and strategic engagements. 📍Collaborate with content and marketing teams to convert brand awareness and interest into tangible business opportunities.
Skills you should HODL
📍+5 years of expertise in traditional finance sales, demonstrating a proven track record of driving sales and expanding business within the institutional sales segment. Experience working in a crypto native environment is a big plus. 📍Solid comprehension of the use cases for indices and market participants that would utilize them and knowledge of complex financial products. 📍Possess comprehensive knowledge of cryptocurrency regulations with a proven ability to navigate and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory frameworks. Knowledge of the EU BMR regulatory framework is a plus. 📍robust personal network within the financial services sector, particularly with a focus on institutional and corporate clients. 📍Interest about the cryptocurrency world and most importantly a learning attitude about new crypto-industry trends. 📍Believe wholeheartedly in the crypto, cypherpunk, libertarian values of Kraken described in our Tentaclements document. 📍Located in Europe or the UK, with fluency in English. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
