Job Summary
The opportunity
šSupport the Earn Core pod, focusing on staking and stablecoin enablement šDrive operational processes related to staking asset additions and integrations šPartner with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver backend-heavy, technically complex initiatives šEnsure smooth execution of operational workflows that are to the Earn product suite šApply technical expertise to evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize staking and stablecoin operations šContribute to process improvements and best practices that strengthen Earn Coreās technical and operational foundation
Skills you should HODL
š5+ years of Product Ops (or similar) experience, ideally supporting technical product areas šExperience with passive income generating financial products šSolution oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter šWell-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities šOutstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
