šEssential Responsibilities: šLead complex projects and problem resolution efforts related to risk management. šCollaborate with teams to identify and analyze risks that may impact operations and assets. šDevelop and implement strategies for risk mitigation and compliance. šAssess current business trends to inform risk management practices and improvements. šDrive global process improvements through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
Expected Qualifications:
š8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelorās degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. šAdditional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications: šProvide second line compliance oversight and advisory for crypto and digital asset initiatives (e.g. PYUSD stablecoin, crypto on/off-ramps, wallets, tokenized payouts/settlement), from ideation through product launch and post-launch monitoring. šDevelop, implement and enhance policies/standards and risk mitigating controls for digital asset risk management (e.g. fraud/scams, market conduct, consumer protection, product governance, custody/safeguarding, thirdāparty/outsourcing risk, and licensing/reporting obligations) for global initiatives and partnerships.
