Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
šOversee menu accuracy in multiple service formats šSite expert on point of sale system from implementation to daily upkeep and functionality šSet and enforces standards for hospitality operations šMonitor quality and consistency of food products in all service locations šMaintaining clean and safe work stations throughout operation šTrains staff on customer service, allergen and nutritional awareness šEnforces proper food safety practices with staff and leads šCoordinates and enhances time management for team šDevelop and execute financial plan Hospitality operation šCreation and maintenance of in person and online training materials šPerformance management for hospitality staff šDevelop and execute food service plans for site needs including new builds and launch operations šSite communication strategies and execution
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
šAssociate degree or higher š7+ years of leadership experience within the food service industry in a high volume multi-concept operation
