The Opportunity

📍Oversee quarterly and annual planning cycles for the Global Managing Director office. 📍Oversee the implementation of new regulatory and business requirements, working closely with Kraken cross-functional teams, with specific emphasis on business operations and product teams. 📍Work closely with the Regional Managers to ensure business goals are being achieved and regulatory requirements are met. 📍Support the Product team to operationalize any new global product roll outs. 📍Coordinate and drive execution of complex special projects. 📍Develop strategies needed for scaling operations while reducing enterprise risk.

Skills You Should HODL

📍Minimum 7 years of related experience, with experience in business operations and working with cryptocurrency or other fintech firms. 📍Passion for cryptocurrency adoption and personal experience with crypto strongly preferred 📍Experience managing teams with both direct reports and project resources 📍Knowledge of the crypto regulatory environment and upcoming developments is preferable 📍High-energy individual and self-starter who is at their best when working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 📍Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization 📍Ability to lead and drive projects in a fast growing company environment with focused and hardworking individuals 📍Degree in Business, Finance or a related field is preferred
