Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šCo-develop, with cross-functional teams, and execute RippleX's business development strategy for DeFi, and institutional use-cases. šBuild a sustainable ecosystem and partner with projects, developers, and institutions who can build and support the growth of the XRP Ledger. šWork closely with the product, engineering, and sales teams to bring new products and services to market that enable institutional participation in institutional DeFi in a safe and compliant way. Identify and pursue new opportunities with financial institutions, crypto native companies, and other partners who are interested in pursuing use-cases on blockchains including tokenizing real-world assets. šDrive cryptocurrencies related ETF initiatives with internal trading teams and relevant partners. šRepresent Ripple at industry events and conferences
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
š10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or other relevant traditional finance services industry. šRelevant experience in either institutional DeFi, blockchain technologies or fintech is highly desired. šInterest and strong understanding of general blockchain technologies, use-cases, and trends. šExcellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. šProven track record of success in developing first of a kind partnerships and complex deals. šA strong collaborator: An ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team. šExcellent communication and presentation skills
