Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šFormulate and Implement HR Strategy: Collaborate with the senior management team and Senior HR Manager to formulate and implement HR plans aligned with organizational strategic goals. šProvide Strategic HR Consultation: As a business partner to the senior management team, you will offer professional advice and solutions on HR-related issues. Assist in handling complex employee-related issues and drive a high-performance culture. šManage HR Shared Services: Oversee the operations of the HR Shared Services, ensuring efficient delivery and accurate execution of all HR services. Continuously improve and optimize Shared Services processes to enhance stakeholder and employee satisfaction. šHR Service Process / SOP Management: Ensure adherence to and execution of all HR service processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, training & development, benefit and recognition. Continuously improve process efficiency and quality. šLead Different HR Projects: Lead and participate in various HR projects, such as organizational restructuring, talent pipeline planning, performance improvement plan, etc., ensuring the success and outcomes of these projects. šHR Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant HR data, providing management with decision-making dashboard reports. Ensure alignment between HR strategy and actual performance.
Requirements - Must-Have:
šMore than 10 years working experience in HR. At least 3 yrs of working experience in a HR Manager or similar position, with people management responsibility. šExperience in MNC or large corporate structure as well as a fast-paced start-up environment. šExcellent communication skills partnering with C-suite and Department Leaders. šTeam Collaboration: Adept at working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise to achieve common goals within a stipulated timeframe. šProblem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrates strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of finding solutions in complex situations and completing tasks independently and efficiently. šDeep Thinking Abilities: Able to think out-of-box and go beyond superficial perspectives and conventional thinking to explore the nature of problems and their root causes and consider solutions from multiple perspectives. šSimplification Skills: Able to diagnose and break down complex issues, challenges and projects into manageable components, making them more comprehensible, executable, and resolvable. šListening and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to listen and accurately understand the opinions and feedback of employees at all levels and senior management. šFluent in Mandarin & English and advanced MS Office skills.
Requirements - Nice to Have:
šEducational Background: Relevant Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources šManagement, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. šHRIS Management Tools Experience: Experience in using and managing HR systems such as Bamboo HR and PerformYard and relevant management tools to enhance HR processes and efficiency. šFintech and/or Crypto Industry experience: Prior or current experience in Fintech and/or Crypto industry is a huge plus
