Job Summary
Responsibilities include:
📍Own the end-to-end post-sale Client Services relationship for assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact for operational engagement and Client Success delivery, including for clients with crypto or digital asset-related use cases. 📍Oversee the implementation of new Visa products purchased by Clients by coordinating key Client and Visa teams to expedite implementation readiness activities and steer Clients toward faster time to value and maximized adoption. 📍Enable clients to achieve their operational goals by understanding their business objectives, success metrics, and growth strategies, including where clients are leveraging emerging payment technologies or crypto-adjacent models.
Basic Qualifications:
📍8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
